Agency Recruiters and Talent Acquisition. New era – better outcomes
I have done over 100 webinars since COVID struck.
This one drew almost 1,000 attendees. The feedback was probably the best too.
The topic was the drawcard.
How can Agency Recruiter and Internal Talent Acquisition work better together?
As I so classily say in the webinar, it is currently so often a ‘ vicious cycle of fuckuppery‘.
The sad truth is that Agency Recruiters and Internal Talent Teams have not always ‘gelled’. The reasons are many and varied, but include lack of trust, poor communication, misalignment on outcomes, pure unadulterated hubris, and much more.
One of the great COVID-inspired outcomes we can create is a better working relationship, deeper understanding of each other’s process, and better results for all.
And we need to.

But it will take work. And compromise. And real understanding. And empathy. And it will need a reinvention of the way both parties interact.
Oh! But the benefits if we can do it!
Topics will include crucial ideas, tactics and strategies for both Agency Recruiters and TA teams, both of whom must play their part.
